Four things we have not changed in sixty years
Chhana made daily
Milk arrives at five in the morning and the chhana is set by six. Day old chhana never touches our kadai.
Rolled by hand
No machines here. Every rasgulla is rounded in a karigor palm, so sizes differ ever so slightly.
No colour, no preservative
No artificial colour, essence or preservative. That is why we ask you to finish them within two days.
On time, every time
